The Trade Specialist Systems Manager sits at the heart of the People Systems team, powering the technology that keeps Laing O'Rourke's Europe hub moving. This role plays a vital part in supporting the systems used by our Trade Specialist colleagues on-site—ensuring they have the tools they need to deliver exceptional work across our projects. With ownership of key Trade Specialist systems, you'll lead the delivery and ongoing support of critical platforms, driving seamless integrations and robust application interfaces (APIs). You'll champion consistency, compliance, and efficiency, while strengthening data governance—helping to shape smarter, more connected ways of working across the business.
