Support on all escalated incidents from lower levels of support. Tasks and alert management. Respond to critical monitoring alerts including server alerts and system outages. Assess and implement complex VDI / App Delivery Virtualization projects using various technologies Support complex system configurations and standards for Citrix, VMware and MS Hyper-V platforms Supports his/her team when technical issues rise in his/her scope of expertise.
