**Job Description**
As the Systems Integration Lab Lead, you will:

+ **Lead:** Direct a multifunctional team in the design and implementation of System Integration Lab.
+ **Lifecycle Management:** Oversee the entire installation to integration, testing, and maintaining operational capability.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Systems Engineering, Hardware, and Software Development teams throughout all phases of the lab lifecycle.
+ **Risk & Opportunity Management:** Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and opportunities impacting lab build and operation.
+ **Process Adherence:** Ensure adherence to the all-lab processes.
+ **Issue Resolution:** Oversee problem/anomaly reporting, tracking, and resolution, coordinating efforts for swift and effective solutions.
