Manage user accounts, roles and permissions to ensure appropriate access control
Develop and execute backup and recovery plans for critical data and applications
Analyze systems performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures and troubleshooting steps
Work with cross-functional teams to support application deployments and integrations
Job Experience and Skills Required:
5-10 years of hands-on experience in system administration on Solaris 11
Solaris 11 administration experience
Thorough understanding of the setup and administration of the following Solaris 11 technologies: Logical Domains, SMF administration, IPS, ILOM, and Network configuration, including IPMP
