Hologic is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our dynamic R&D Cytology Product Development team in Marlborough. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of product development activities including the specification, design, component selection, systems integration, verification testing of electromechanical subsystems.

This is a hybrid position in Marlborough, MA.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Selection of new concepts and approaches for the electromechanical design/development of new or improved products and processes
+ Performs engineering analysis, performance and cost evaluations of the aforementioned designs and processes.
+ Formal requirements engineering per INCOSE standards.
