 Job Responsibilities  Handles end user requests for hardware and software for supported clients. 
Troubleshoots technical issues and provides user support through timely problem ticket resolution. 
Updates, tracks, and maintains assigned support tickets. 
Escalates incidents and service requests as appropriate to ensure timely resolution. 
Maintains site documentation and maintenance records. 
Provides IT infrastructure support for warehouse and logistic projects. 
Contributes to desktop and laptop software upgrades and refresh initiatives. 
Work with third party vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.
