Systems Engineer

Job Scope

The Systems Engineer is accountable to build, maintain and troubleshoot the IT infrastructure and operating systems coordinating with internal stakeholders on the assessment, design and upgrades.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.


• Design end-to-end IT solutions across infrastructure domains (Compute, Storage, Virtualization, Backup, Networking, Security).


• Preparetechnical proposals, BoQs, SOWs, and compliance documents aligned with customer RFP/RFQ requirements.


• Conduct solution presentations, demos, and technical workshops.


• Collaborate with OEMs/partners (e.g., Dell, VMware, Microsoft, etc.) for solution validation and sizing.


• Ensure proposed solutions aretechnically sound, cost-effective, and scalable .
