Responsibilities include:
Day to day operational support for the SCADA application and its supporting infrastructure. Ensure system availability, stability, and performance.
Investigate and resolve complex system incidents related to SCADA applications, data communications, integrations, and supporting platforms.
Monitor system performance, alarms, and logs to proactively identify issues and coordinate resolution before they impact operations.
Coordinate and support system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes. Validate system functionality after updates to ensure operational continuity.
