Provide on-call and on-premises IT helpdesk support for users. 
Provide MAC OS Support including macbook, ipad, imacs and iphone. 
Arrange and manage Audio & video Conference calling for higher management (GCEO, CEO & HODs). 
Manage and maintain IT inventory, fixed assets, and asset tagging (including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, IPTs). 
Desktop and laptop installations. 
Offer Level 1 support for networking-related issues. 
Ensure 24/7 availability for IT support as needed. 
Ensure Users windows and antivirus updates.
