You are a highly organised and detail‑focused professional with experience of working in a busy housing, homelessness or support environment. You thrive in fast‑paced settings and are confident managing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.

You have experience of coordinating services or resources, ideally within accommodation, housing or support settings, and understand the challenges of balancing demand, risk and availability. You are comfortable working with complex information and making informed, evidence‑based decisions to achieve the best outcomes for customers.

You have strong communication skills and can build effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including accommodation providers, landlords, colleagues and partner agencies.
