System Engineer Job Description . Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and on-prem: . Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams . Windows server OS administration, Active directory administration and migration . Microsoft exchange server , SCCM and WSUS . Implement and manage Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM): . Device compliance policies, configuration profiles, apps deployment Requirements 3-6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration Proven experience working in a Managed Services / MSP environment Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune Experience with SaaS / email migrations Familiar with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 (deployment or support experience preferred) Knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android device management Good understanding of Entra ID Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
