Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and support network, desktop & server infrastructure which includes setting up and maintenance of servers, storage equipment and conducting backup and data recovery activities
Provide Server administration (Linux RedHat and Windows server) support and Database (MS SQL) support and troubleshooting in cloud environment and on premise.
Experience with Fibre Channel attached SAN storage, ISCSI, and Network Attached Storage solutions
Troubleshoot and fix storage issues like LUN visibility, access issues, performance issues etc.
Hands‑on on oracle ZFS storage appliances like ZS7‑2 including SAN & NAS protocols
Handle onsite/remote hardware & software issues including drive, part failure of storage system and liaising with OEM vendor for support and resolution and performing remediation activities wherever ...
