The System Analyst (Data) will support the Economic Statistics Department (ESD) Renewal Programme by contributing to early-phase analysis, documentation, and planning activities required to progress complex, data-intensive initiatives in a structured and governed manner. The role will focus on supporting alignment between business requirements, data structures, and system interactions, particularly in relation to pipeline initiatives such as the Statistical Business Register (SBR) and Project Granulis. This scope is intended to support analysis, planning, and governance readiness, and does not extend to solution build, development, or implementation activities. The System Analyst (Data) role is expected to contribute to reducing delivery risk, supporting informed decision-making, and enabling a phased and controlled progression of initiatives under the ESD Renewal Programme.
