Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and to enhance the BMA customer service experience:
- Receive, direct and relay telephone and BMA generic emails
- Direct internal and external members to the appropriate office and staff members
- Greet, assist and/ or direct guests, students, visitors and the general public
- Advice clients on relevant matters based on their requests
- Pick up and deliver the mail
- Open and date stamp all general correspondence, record all enquiries from the BMA email and landline.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning, preparation of meeting, conferences and conference telephone calls
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Register the received documents for collection by registry or officials
