Alpiq Holding AG is seeking an HR Manager for Switzerland, on a temporary basis for maternity leave cover from August 1st to February 28th, 2027. This role requires managing HR processes and supporting Line Managers with various HR tasks.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in HR within an international or matrix organization, possess a solid understanding of Swiss labour law, and have strong communication skills. Fluency in both English and French is necessary, while German is an additional asset.
