AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Senior Leader for our Canada Water business line.

Position: Water Regional Business Line Leader (RBLL)

Location: Anywhere in Canada where we have an office (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Lead performance of the Water business overall with emphasis on client service, growth, and profitability.
• Set safety and ethical standards, drive employee engagement, and lead professional development of staff.
• Collaborate with other regions and business lines worldwide to integrate delivery of AECOM’s services.
• Provide industry leadership, develop and execute a growth strategy in coordination with AECOM Executive Leadership.
• Oversee development of capture strategies, direct pursuits of profitable business, and ensure protected, high‑quality, profitable project delivery.
