What you will own
Lead and scale an international marketing organization of ~150 FTE across multiple markets and senior leadership layers
Own and optimize a yearly marketing budget of €200M+ with direct accountability for growth, marketing efficiency, customer acquisition economics, and measurable business impact
Drive an integrated marketing strategy across brand and performance marketing, balancing long-term brand equity with commercial activation and revenue growth
Build a high-performance organization focused on accountability, operational excellence, talent development, and execution quality
Establish AI, automation, experimentation, and data as core enablers of marketing effectiveness and scalable decision-making
Partner closely with Product, Tech, Finance, and Sales leadership and report directly to the Group CEO
