We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to lead and manage sustainability implementation for a major transportation project in Penang. This is a full-time, site-based role responsible for compliance.
Your role
Lead and manage all sustainability matters for the project.
Act as the main liaison with Client, PMC, authorities, and stakeholders.
Develop and implement the Project Sustainability Plan and Policy.
Lead materiality assessment, sustainability KPIs, and performance monitoring.
Oversee monthly sustainability reporting and audits.
Drive ESG initiatives, resource efficiency, waste reduction, and CSR programmes.
Provide sustainability training to site teams and subcontractors.
Manage and mentor Sustainability Officer(s).
About You
Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
