Description

The Survey Crew Chief is responsible for performing and leading field surveying activities to support construction, mapping, land development, and title-related projects. This role involves researching existing survey records, deeds, maps, and physical evidence to accurately establish locations, elevations, boundaries, and contours. The Survey Crew Chief will play a key role in the continued growth and development of the Survey team. Key Responsibilities include: Conduct extensive fieldwork in a variety of weather conditions and physical environments. Research and interpret survey evidence, including deeds, maps, and prior survey records. Determine appropriate methods and procedures for establishing or reestablishing survey control.
