Perform deed and easement records research.

Performs office computations necessary for the completion of task assignments for field crew.

Prepares finished deliverables including: ALTA’s, Land Title Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Easement and Right of Way Exhibit Documents.

Communicates with the field crew and creates Field packs for collecting survey data.
