EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of four () years of experience in building maintenance, equipment maintenance, landscape maintenance, or horticulture-related processes. Familiarity with operating facilities, budget formulation, wayside access procedures, environmental regulations, and applicable municipal code requirements related to contracted services preferred. Must also be knowledgeable of applicable code requirements and safety standards associated with assigned contracts, including environmental, watershed, industrial, and fire safety regulations, as they relate to risk management for the Authority.
