**About the Role**
As the Reservations & Instant Service Supervisor at InterContinental Sydney Double Bay, you will lead the day-to-day operation of Reservations and Instant Service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through efficient booking management, seamless communication, and personalised service delivery. You will oversee reservation processes, support and guide the team, manage room inventory and revenue opportunities, and act as a key point of contact for guest enquiries and service coordination. Your focus will be on delivering luxury guest experiences while driving operational excellence and maximising hotel performance.
