**Summary:**
Monitor quality system maintenance,lead audit and maintenance plant quality metrics for quality department with the objective of achieving business development requirements within the QMS and global policies, procedures and guidelines.

+ Localize and implement global quality policy, procedures and systems; and review QA reports within the entire factory in order to ensure the business procedures in line with QS and global standards.
