Job Description:

**Job Overview**

Supervises the planning, scheduling, setting up, and running of routine and production streams.

**Responsibilities**

+ Planning & finalizing monthly, weekly dispatch quantities in line with customer demands in co-ordination with PPC.
+ Ensuring optimum and effective utilization of all allocated resources on monthly, weekly and daily basis.
+ Ensuring plant efficiency & plant recovery targets.
+ Ensuring accident-free work conditions
+ Deployment & ensuring adherence to all Quality Management Targets in line with corporate and unit level targets.
+ Ensuring and promoting good industrial relationships across the unit.
