Supported Housing Assistant
Location: Lambeth, South London
Salary: £26,982 – £28,402 per annum
Employment type: Temporary – Maternity Cover (12 months)
Hours: Monday – Friday 0900‑1730

Responsibilities

• Conduct health & safety checks
• Carry out void inspections
• Sign up new tenancies
• Provide regular face‑to‑face support to customers
• Perform office‑based tasks and scheme visits
• Occasionally work from home

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Previous experience of working with adults with support needs (essential)
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to give advice and practical assistance to customers to sustain tenancies, including support with rent arrears, budgeting, utilities, safety and service access
