Care/ Support Worker Required

Exciting opportunity to join our friendly and experienced team to support a fit and active young man with epilepsy, a metabolic condition requiring a special diet, social, communication and learning difficulties. He lives in Gresford, Wrexham. He has a 24 hour package of care with a variety of shifts to be covered.
