Support Worker Learning Disabilities and Mental Health - Ruislip- SEND school.

Timeplan is currently working with a large SEN school in Ruislip area who are recruiting several child support workers to start ASAP. All positions are full-time long-term opportunities

The school:
An Alternative Schooling Provision which caters for young adults aged 10- 19 with various SEN including Mental Health, Complex Needs and Autism.

The position:

Your role will involve supporting the class teacher, Support Staff and multi agency teams devise learning and care plans and to encourage the child/ young person to reach their full potential.
You will be required to set clear boundaries and manage triggers of challenging behaviour whilst supporting the child academically, emotionally and socially.
