## Role Overview

We are seeking Support Workers to support young males with complex needs and challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will provide person-centred support to help individuals achieve positive outcomes, maintain safety, and develop independence in line with agreed care plans.

Provide day-to-day support to young males with complex needs and challenging behaviour
Support delivery of individual support plans, risk assessments, and positive behaviour approaches
Maintain a safe, respectful environment in accordance with policies and safeguarding procedures
Implement behaviour support strategies, with an emphasis on de-escalation and positive engagement
