We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Mental Health Support Worker to join our Bromley Borough Floating Support team. This role focuses on supporting individuals living in the community who experience mental health needs, helping them to maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

You will need to have excellent people skills, a positive and proactive approach, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs , alongside other complex needs which may include learning disabilities or autism.
