Working creatively and proactively to ensure person centred approaches are used for people with disabilities. To work under the managers guidance to follow support plans
Utilise the public transport system to access the local community and public services, lone work in the community with individuals you are supporting, and maintain electronic contact records of your support and reporting to your line manage any concerns
Qualifications
Willingness to achieve NVQ 2 in care or equivalent
