About the Role

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality care to participants with complex support needs. This role focuses on delivering person-centered support that promotes independence, dignity, wellbeing, and community inclusion.

The successful candidate will assist participants with daily living activities, personal care, behavioral support, medication assistance, and other complex care requirements in accordance with individual care plans.
