What you'll do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers reporting incidents.
- Conduct a first‑impact analysis of incoming alerts or issues and triage accordingly.
- Document, track, and monitor requests to ensure timely resolution of all inquiries.
- Actively monitor the PagoNxt Payments Hub environment using the provided tools.
- Support deployment activity to ensure deployments are carried out with no harm to the production environment.
- Carry out periodic system checks and record results as required.
- Suggest improvements to processes, routines, and runbooks to increase efficiency.
- Be prepared to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 production environment.
