Job DescriptionTimely Analysis & Reporting Of Plant Incoming Raw material as well as plant process samples & finished products.100 % Compliance of routine shift activity wrt timely analysis & reportingDevelop JSA,SWI & SOP for all activities wrt LaboratoryISO Documentation & data keepingKeep close monitoring on Chemicals & Glassware inventory.Ensure the Basic condition & 5S Level of the plant by identifying and implementing improvement opportunities through Basic Condition Evaluation (BCE) and arresting chronic problems/wastage/loss by modification jobs.Close monitoring & tracking of Glassware & wastes of Chemicals.Keep close monitoring on Chemicals & Glassware inventory.Preparatory action plan & execution to get National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) for Coal , Alumina & Bauxite.
