Our team is looking for a proactive and organised administrator to join us to provide excellence in learning and teaching support. This role supports learning and teaching administration and delivery across the Schools and the Faculty of Humanities for the efficient operation of units and courses, across all locations, modes of delivery, and study periods. If you are passionate about excellent service and have strong organisational and technical skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain knowledge of learning and teaching policies, providing guidance and support to academic staff while escalating issues to the Teaching Support Manager as needed. 

Assist Academics with all aspects of unit delivery ( creation and maintenance of unit outlines, assistance with the Learning Management System (Blackboard), and making all necessary resources available to students). ...
