Support IT Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and peripheral devices.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing systems.
• Support connectivity issues involving wired networks, WiFi, and related infrastructure.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Contribute to maintaining a stable and efficient IT environment.

Requirements
