The Senior Training Device Manager will lead the Simulator Operations team responsible for Miami Campus Flight Simulator Training Device (FSTD) operations, maintenance, repair, updates, and regulatory compliance. They will have responsibility to lead managers and individual contributors in a 24/7 operation, maintaining a safety-first culture, while championing quality and service for Boeing’s training customers.
