The Support Engineer, SAP FI/CO & S/4HANA Financials will provide remote-based support for mission‑critical SAP applications as part of the global customer‑support team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Research, troubleshoot, and support SAP finance applications for global clients.
Diagnose issues using ABAP debugging, develop, test, package and deliver fixes.
Work closely with customers daily to understand their needs and deliver high‑quality service.
Support client customizations and share implementation best‑practice advice.
Create scripts to identify, analyze and correct data issues.
Manage key accounts as a technical/functional advisor.
Provide hands‑on assistance using proprietary tools in a test environment or via remote connectivity.
Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the organization runs 24/7/365.
