Our Support & Commissioning Engineer will deliver high‑quality technical support and engineering expertise as part of the wider support team, ensuring customers receive an efficient, professional and responsive service. They will develop a strong working knowledge of Datapath’s product suite, associated hardware and software technologies, enabling them to diagnose and resolve issues effectively while contributing to continuous improvement of support processes and resources.
In addition, the post holder will play a key part in the successful installation and commissioning of Datapath video wall controller systems across the UK and Europe.
