As ATB Cormark Capital Markets’ next Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations and providing exceptional support to our users. Responsibilities

Provide outstanding technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues with efficiency and accuracy. Resolve technical issues and meticulously document solutions in our knowledge base. Develop and maintain comprehensive checklists for common technical issues to streamline support processes. Manage user accounts and access permissions. Collaborate effectively with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
