Liaise regularly with sourcing units to review supply plans against customer forecasts and orders.
Consolidate supply plans from all sourcing units and share the same with the customer service teams.
Attend regular Regional Category Demand and Supply Reconciliation or Rough Cut Capacity Planning meetings, identify short‑term capacity constraints, highlight these to the business and provide contingency plans.
Prepare the loss‑tree analysis for all non‑supplied orders.
Review KPIs with the sourcing units at the end of each planning cycle.
Ensure products are available to meet customer demand and maintain service levels.
Supply Gap review & provide mitigation options.
Responsible for purchase order placement to sourcing units and suppliers in different regions.
