Job Description Production Scheduling - Schedule production of customer orders, distribution orders, safety stock and other forms of demand to the work centres based on due dates, product properties and machine capabilities.
- Release Manufacturing Order as per production schedule.
- Follow up on the rework process from non-conformance report (NCR).
- Monitor production progress and output and update production plan.
- Working closely with production to resolve backlog.
Inventory Planning and Control - Inventory planning of finished imported products which are procured from affiliates for distribution in Asia Pacific.
- Manage inventory level of finished products, WIP and raw materials that support on-time delivery objective and targeted inventory turns.
