Job Description

The Supply Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operational relationship and performance of an assigned portfolio of external suppliers. The role ensures delivery performance through firm-period planning, order management, production coordination, and supply operations oversight.

Acting as the first point of escalation, the position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure customer service levels, effective stock management (including virtual depots), and smooth logistics execution within the Galderma ERP system.
