Supply Coordinator Team Lead

The role is based in Kuala Lumpur, central to the city and easily reachable by public transportation including the Monorail, Rapid Kelana Jaya Line, MRT, KTM, and bus services.

Responsibilities

• Order & Shipment Management
  • Process customer orders, including sourcing unavailable items.
  • Coordinate shipments, delivery schedules, and invoicing.
  • Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and costs.
• Coordination & Communication
  • Work closely with Customer Service, warehouse, transport, and suppliers.
  • Provide updates on delivery status, delays, and product availability.
• Inventory & Cost Control
  • Ensure stock accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.
