            Work closely with the Newbuilding Commercial Team to support procurement planning and coordination for assigned shipbuilding projects. 
Establish procurement schedules aligned with project timelines and shipyard requirements. 
Liaise with internal stakeholders (engineering, project management, and finance) to ensure specifications, budgets, and delivery needs are met. 
Identify and evaluate suppliers for ship equipment, systems, and parts. 
Obtain, review, and negotiate quotations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms. 
Manage purchase order (PO) creation, approval, and issuance processes. 
Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations in all procurement transactions. 
Review and negotiate contract terms, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements. 
Be well-versed in intercompany (Interco) freight terms, incoterms, and logistics coordination.
