This role is critical to managing end-to-end Global Business Services (GBS) operations for finished, semi-finished, and raw materials. Acting as a central liaison between factories, suppliers, and logistics partners, the specialist ensures operational excellence through accurate system management, proactive stakeholder coordination, and seamless execution of global shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Portfolio Governance

• Transaction Execution: Process and validate Sales and Purchase Orders within the ERP system, ensuring 100% accuracy in order execution to maintain a continuous supply chain.
• Master Data Maintenance: Oversee the lifecycle of customer and material master data, including the management of portfolio phase-in/phase-out activities and system pricing updates.
