Job Description :

Warehouse management
• Planning, organizing and controlling all warehouse procedures and facilities
• Supervise warehouse team to ensure daily operation of warehouse & delivery team meet company objectives
• Trouble-shoot and report daily related matter.
• Do research to improve warehouse operations.

Purchasing
• Manage purchasing process, cost/budget control
• Maintain clean relationship with vendor/supplier
• Solve arising problems
 
Import-export process
• Follow up import-export declaration
• Handle legal compliance
• Lead to improve import-export efficiency
• Maintain good relationship suppliers/sub-contractors

Other related tasks: staff management, internal Dept relationship management, ect.
