A pioneering spirit and willingness to build, nurture and develop a young SCM Services organization.
Bachelor's degree in a Business, Communication, Sales and Marketing or a related field.
Proven extensive experience in a SCM services role, preferably in a multinational companies.
7-10 years experience in leading Global Transition projects for SCM-related migrations to off-shore locations.
At least 15 years of people management experience in a global environment.
Strong knowledge of enterprise-wide SCM implementations, support, regulations, compliance, and internal controls.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Business English, stakeholder management and presentation skills to work in a global environment and collaborate with Director and C-level management colleagues and stakeholders.
