Responsibilities

• Do “Whatever it takes” to meet or exceed our customers' expectations in compliance to OTD 95%.
• Coordinate flow and documentation of export procedures.
• Assist & support in all shipping import/export activities which deem necessary.
• Be aware of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 procedures and policies.
• Project improvement as required.
• Responsible & oversee outbound activities such as:
• Physical shipment verification (shipment box labels/shipping documents) and shipment release to forwarder.
• Send booking confirmation to nominated forwarder for shipment under Ex-works & FCA/FOB.
• Monitor shipped shipments based on FedEx/DHL pending list.
• Resolve and reply to queries from courier/customer/forwarders.
• Co‑ordinate & send shipping documents to forwarders/courier express for custom declaration before cut‑off time.
