Assist in performing As Is analysis during the Solution Identification phase. 
Collect required information for the Change Impact analysis and facilitate impact analysis execution and resolution. 
Assist in successfully closing gaps between as is and to be situations. 
Write and review Level 5 Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs). 
Support development of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts. 
Support and coordinate User Access Testing (UAT). 
Develop and coordinate communication materials related to New Ways of Working. 
Identify training needs and conduct trainings for end users. 
Provide inputs for Toll Gate decks (milestones).
