Understand internal and external customer needs (requirements) by collecting and analyzing data, and critically reading contracts and statements of work.

Support, where applicable, the Defense Procurement team in establishing sourcing strategies for development programs.
Research, analyze and document opportunities in supply chain processes to improve overall supply chain effectiveness.
Identify and realize total cost optimization opportunities (savings) by product families.
Negotiate favorable agreement and purchase order terms with suppliers for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies.
Plan, track, analyze and monitor the balanced scorecard and key performance indicators.
Represent Supply Chain through the change management process.
